IAET Fashion Show Vendor Contract
This contract is between the Italian American Executives of Transportation (hereinafter “IAET”) and the business below (hereafter “Vendor”). IAET is hosting “Paradisio Tropicale” at Ashton Place, 341 75th St., Willowbrook, IL. on April 6, 2024. The vendor desires to sell their merchandise described below at the event and agrees to pay the IAET the amount below for table(s) and dinner(s). The parties agree to the following:
1. The vendor shall have access to the location no less than 90 minutes before the event begins for the purpose of setting up the table.
2. The vendor shall only sell merchandise described in the contract. (Vendors will be limited to two categories.)
3. IAET will supply the Vendor with a table, 2 chairs, and linen. Limited outlets will be available. Vendors must bring their own extension cords.
4. Vendor shall provide their own insurance and are responsible for all liability in relation to their product.
5. Contract and fees must be received by IAET as soon as possible to reserve a spot. For space availability after March 30, please call Grace Galletta at 708-369-5211 or email vendor@iaet-chicago.org.
SET-UP: Starting at 3 PM. Vendors must be set up by 4 PM.
SPACE is strictly limited. We will provide a table, tablecloth, and 2 chairs - any racks and fixtures need to be pre-approved, space permitting.
Disclaimer: IAET reserves the right to restrict vendor items for sale or turn down requests to sell at the event. Space will be assigned by IAET. IAET also reserves the right to assign space and vendor hall location.
