Fashion Show Boutique Application

IAET Fashion Show Boutique Merchant Contract:

This contract is between the Italian American Executives of Transportation (hereinafter “IAET” and ____________________ (hereafter “Vendor”). IAET is hosting a Fashion Show at Ashton Place: 341 75th St., Willowbrook, IL on March 28, 2026. Vendor desires to sell ___________________________ (description) at said event and agrees to pay IAET a sum of $100.00 per table at the time contract is signed and before March 1, 2026. Spots are limited. The parties agree to the following:
1.     Vendor shall have access to location no sooner than 3 pm day of event for set up. Vendors will have assigned spaces.
2.     Vendor shall only sell merchandise described in contract. Vendors are limited to two
categories.
3.     IAET will supply Vendor with (1) table, (2) chairs and linen. Any additional space outside of this parameter requires purchase of second, adjacent vendor space. No exceptions.
4.     Limited outlets will be available and are not guaranteed. Vendors must bring their own
extension cords/power strips. Please coordinate outlet requirements when submitting contract.
5.     Vendor agreement includes company info/description in IAET ad book. Please provide
information on or before March 1, 2026, to ensure print – grace.galletta@gmail.com.
6.     Vendor shall provide their own insurance and are responsible for all liability in relation to their product.
7.     Vendor has the option of listing items on our on-line auction on consignment at no additionalcost. A maximum of 3 items can be sold at online auction prior to the event. Call – 708-212-1051

IAET reserves the right to restrict the sale of vendor items or to decline requests to sell at the event.
Space will be assigned by IAET. IAET also reserves the right to assign space and vendor location at the event.
