Anthony Greco

I, Anthony Robert Greco, born and raised in Melrose Park, Illinois, I am a proud member of the
Illinois Army National Guard and am currently pursuing a career in law enforcement within the
state of Illinois. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in both
History and Political Science, receiving high honors in both fields. While attending the
University of Wisconsin- Platteville, I knew during college I wanted to have a career of service
to my nation and my community.

I have served in the Illinois National Guard for four consecutive years, during this time completing various courses that have set me above my peers and have made me a valued member of the Illinois National Guard team. Due to the part-time status of my National Guard requirements, I am able to pursue a career in local law enforcement taking after my father, the Chief of Police in Melrose Park. Ultimately, my goal is the further my career the Illinois National Guard becoming a Warrant Officer in my chosen field and military profession, while in law enforcement, I plan to work on a federal level with one of the many agencies of my choosing.

While being a part of the Italian American Executives in Transportation, I am also a proud
member of the Knights of Columbus Lodge #650 and the Italian American Police Association.
