Do you mean something like this?
If yes, please, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS and add the following:
.logo_container:before{
content: "Italian American ";
color: #000;
font-size: 20px;
}
.logo_container:after{
content: "Executives of Transportation";
color: #000;
font-size: 20px;
}
